Short description
The Festihut GP village offers an alternative to a hotel or camping site during the 2012 Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix on 30-31/08 and 01-02/09. The Festihut GP village is open to both individuals and companies.

Festihut GP village is situated close to the circuit, just 100 metres from the "Les Combes" pedestrians’ entrance.
Practical
At the entrance to the enclosed Festihut GP village you will find a reception area that is open 24 hours a day for the full duration of the Grand Prix. You check in here just as you would in a hotel. Visitors can also pose all their questions to the reception staff, ask for information about the race, and leave their key for safe keeping.
Access to the village is restricted to guests who are occupying a Festihut. Out of respect for our guests, we do not allow access to other outsiders. The beds are all fitted with mattresses, but you must bring your own bed linen.
Each Festihut has its own lighting and electricity supply (max. 300W). Permitted electrical appliances: cell phone, laptop, cameras and personal hygiene appliances.
Not allowed: smoking in the Festihuts, barbecues and Music installations.
Festihut GP village will close it doors at 12.00 hours on Monday 3/09/2012. It goes without saying that throughout the entire event the organisers are not responsible for the personal possessions of guests kept in the Festihuts.

The price for the Festihut GP village includes:
No one will be permitted to enter the enclosure without a valid "Festihut GP village" wristband.
A guarantee deposit of 100 euros must be paid on reservation. After the satisfactory completion and settlement of your stay, this amount will be paid back to your personal bank account within 5 working days.
Irrespective of the number of sleepers, a Festihut costs 600 euros (incl. BTW) and can only be rented for the full period of four days for a maximum of four people. You are, of course free to decide the number of sleepers yourself, from a minimum of one to a maximum of four.

Example: if you book for four people (two bunk-beds), this amounts to a cost of 150 euros per person or 37.5 euros per person per night.
Food and drink is the only thing you have to pay for. Guest tickets are personalised and are therefore not transferable. On arrival, guests will be issued with a wristband. Only people with a wristband will be allowed access to the village throughout the duration of the four days. In other words, entrance into the Festihut GP village is likewise not transferable.
